Khao Yum is our introduction to a traditional Southern Thai rice salad, commonly found in local markets across Southern Thailand.
It’s made with fragrant turmeric rice, seasonal herbs, finely sliced salad, toasted coconut, prawns floss and our house-made sweet and tangy dressing. Mixed together before eating, each bite shifts in flavour and texture - fresh, layered, and true to how it’s enjoyed in the South.
